On the 18th anniversary of its release, Zeds Dead and Subtronics collaborated to remix Atmosphere’s legendary GodLovesUgly . Having begun as an homage to the original by lifelong fans, Zeds Dead and Subtronics break through Atmosphere s original piano-led melody with a snarling, beefy bass line while letting the suckerpunch drums cut through and worm around Slug’s memorable vocals.
The GodLovesUgly Remix has been paired with the original on this limited-edition 7 pressed on red vinyl, with the original God Loves Ugly album cover art re-envisioned and illustrated by Chris Yee.
